Opening Summer 2026!
Lawndale Christian Health Center has transformed 4 previous lots into a new clinic building that will host the Family Medicine Residency Program, Senior Clinic, and Optometry Clinic.
This new facility will include 35 exam rooms and 35,000 sq. ft. of lecture, education, and clinical space.
Lawndale’s Family Medicine Residency, which had its first class start in 2022, has immediately expanded the capacity for medical care on the west side of Chicago. It provides clear career pathways for trainees at every level, ultimately promoting medical careers for groups historically underrepresented in medicine.

Parking
There is an attached lot on the North side of the building that can be accessed through the alleyway. Enter off S Hamlin (heading south) or S Avers (heading north). You may also park in the service drive in front of the building or a nearby patient lot as available.
