Parking
This beautifully renovated building is home to our immediate care clinic where patients can be seen for illnesses, minor injuries, and infections when their care team is not available. Appointments at Immediate Care Clinic (ICC) are first-come, first-served. Medicaid plans must be assigned to LCHC.
Pharmacy
Our pharmacy prices will increase by $5 - $10, effective April 1, 2025. Our new rates will be:
Sliding Scale Rate: $10+ cost per prescription
Self Pay Rate: $20+ cost per prescription

Please see your Primary Care Provider for all other non-urgent needs such as chronic pain or illness management, mental health concerns, ER/hospital follow-ups, birth control, medication refills, pre-op clearance, paperwork, school or work physicals, pregnancy concerns, referrals, and preventative services.
