THE UNITY Walk-ins are a collaboration between the Chicago Park District, Open Architecture Chicago, and Healing Every Youth (H.E.Y.), a collaborative that grew from the Multicultural Leadership Academy of the Latino Policy Forum. H.E.Y. is a collection of artists, recreational programmers, and social service and mental health practitioners that promotes peace, healing, and unity between Black and Brown communities by creating programming and events that destigmatize mental health awareness and access in communities of color.
