Patients of Lawndale Christian Health Center (LCHC) have the right to receive services regardless of age, sex, race, creed, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status or criminal record.
Communication & Language Aids
LCHC provides free aids and services to people with communication challenges. These include the following:
Qualified interpreters for all languages, which may be in-person or virtual
Video sign language interpretation
Information written in other languages or in large-print format
If you need these services, please inform any member of your care team.
Grievances
If you believe we have failed to provide these services or have discriminated against you on the basis of any of the factors listed above, you may file a grievance in one of the following ways:
