Welcome, Patients of Dr. Tinfang!
We’re excited that after closing his practice, Dr. Rodrigue Tinfang will begin working at Lawndale Christian Health Center’s Breakthrough clinic. We’re eager to welcome you to the Lawndale Family.
Like Dr. Tinfang’s previous medical practice, we are a primary care clinic, with the addition of integrated Behavioral Health, Dental, Optometry, Pharmaceutical, Nursing, Care Management, Fitness, Senior, and Immediate Care services. You can contact your insurance for assistance with transportation to our clinic.
Dr. Tinfang will begin seeing patients through Lawndale Christian Health Center on January 27, 2025.
Switching Your Insurance or PCP to Us.
Our chief aim is to ensure a smooth transition of your care if you would like to see Dr. Tinfang.
To ensure no disruptions for his insured patients, you can find a list of the insurance plans we currently accept here so you can determine you are covered. If you do not currently have one of these plans, we are asking you to switch your insurance to one we accept.
In addition, if you are already in a plan that we take but are associated to a Primary Care Provider (PCP) other than Lawndale, we’ll be asking you to switch your PCP to Dr. Tinfang and his care team here at Lawndale. This switch is necessary for us to write referrals for your care and work within your network.

Additional Information
Until February 28, Lawndale Christian Health Center will see any former patient of Dr. Tinfang’s private practice that has not yet made the transition to a plan accepted by LCHC.
You will still be able to access your medical records from 2024 and earlier after Dr. Tinfang’s private practice closes by calling him at 773-626-8833.
