DHS Grant Expenditure Audit Concluded
An audit of Lawndale Christian Health Center (LCHC)’s federal grant expenditures has been closed as of May 17, 2013, with no monetary recovery requested by the federal government.
The audit was conducted by the Office of Inspector General in September 2012 to assess whether certain costs claimed by LCHC under federal IDS and NAP grants complied with the terms of the grants.
LCHC provided all necessary information and documentation needed to substantiate the organizational expenditures incurred under the grants, resolving the discrepancies identified in the audit.
